Damaged or Defective Products

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for 30 days after delivery on all products that arrive defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know, and we will provide a return address and a refund or replacement product.

You must submit your refund or replacement request within 30 days of your order being delivered. Requests made after this window will not be accepted

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

You must contact us at ctaacustomerservice@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

You must provide clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.

If approved, we will offer a refund or a replacement of the same product

If the damage occurred due to improper handling by the customer, we will not issue a refund or replacement.

To complete your refund or replacement request, we may require proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.


Order Cancellation Policy

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.


Return Policy

At TapCam, we take great pride in creating high-quality, made-to-order products for each of our customers. Since all of our items are made to order, all sales are final. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

All products are made-to-order and uniquely designed for each customer. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase, as we are unable to make changes once the order is placed. This includes correcting misspellings, wrong selections, or changes of mind.

That said, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we’ll make it right.

Return Shipping (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, as well as the approval or rejection status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

There is often some processing time between financial institutions before a refund is posted (between 2-3 days is normal). If you still have not received your refund after this time-frame, please send us an email at ctaacustomerservice@gmail.com and allow us the opportunity to investigate the matter further.


Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a request to our email team ctaacustomerservice@gmail.com

If you do not report the damage to us within this 30-Day period, we may not be able to honor your claim. We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage requests.
